Willow Park Zoo

This "zoo" was a bit under stocked. There were just a couple of exotic animals, but mostly you got things like the common crow or some cockatoos. The boys didn't know any better so they appreciated looking at ducks and fish, but Sam, who had never been to a zoo was NOT impressed :)

Seth had a lousy time at the zoo...It was too hot and he was so bored.
This picture pretty much sums up Sams feelings about the zoo. He was a GREAT sport though and pretended to have fun for the boys benefit.

That's right-One attraction of this zoo is the pretend quicksand with a fake boot hanging out.
This peacock was screaming and making tons of noise. At one point MD turned to his daddy and said "That bird sounds like mama!" Michael thought it was hilarious and egged him on by asking "That sounds like mommy huh?" and MD said "Yeah it sounds like mommy, WAAAAAH WAAAAAH!" Thanks a lot MD! They thought they were pretty funny.

When I picked up Seth it took a while to coax a smile out of him. He was pretty grumpy

The boys finished off our zoo adventure by running out their energy on the slides
Hyrum was very proud of himself for climbing these steps. He kept screaming at me to look at him. Good job Hyrum!

Michael made himself comfortable next to some girls. At one point he was surrounded by a group of girls and he just sat back and enjoyed the attention.
As small as that zoo was, it was fun to go to as a family!
